Rick Lovall serves as the Missouri Prayer Coordinator.

The Lovalls have pastored The Sanctuary in Sikeston, Missouri since May, 2010. Rick, and his wife, Kelby, have two sons, Easton and Parker.  Pastor Lovall is very active in the community, serving the local Rotary Club (Club President in 2011/2012), and on both the City of Sikeston's Tourism Advisory Board and Vision Implementation Commission. He is also active in the Sikeston Area Ministerial Alliance.

Missouri District Secretary
Scott Graham is a 1986 graduate of Gateway College of Evangelism.  He has filled a variety of ministerial roles including holding offices in the General Youth Division of the United Pentecostal Church.  He and his wife Michelle currently serve as Pastor and wife of The Sanctuary in Hazelwood, Missouri.  He was elected to the position of Missouri District Secretary in July of 2010.
