As you have probably heard, the city of Joplin was devastated by a tornado on Sunday night, May 22. The buildings of the two UPCI churches in Joplin were not damaged, but the homes and businesses of many memberswere damaged or destroyed.

A family in Christian Life Church (Pastor Tony Stoddart) suffered the loss of their mother and young son, and another son is in critical condition.
