District Superintendent

After serving five years as the Missouri District Secretary, Bryan Parkey was elected in November 2018 as the Missouri District Superintendent for the United Pentecostal Church. Before becoming District Superintendent, he pastored for fifteen years in Poplar Bluff, MO, and evangelized for three and half years.

He holds a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (MACM)  from Urshan Graduate School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University.

He serves on the General Board of the United Pentecostal Church International as vice chair of the UPCI Strategic Growth Committee. He also is on the board of Urshan College and Urshan Graduate School of Theology.

Bryan and his wife, Lisa, have been married for 25 years and are the parents of Dylan (wife Emily) and Kinsey Parkey.

District Secretary

In April 2002, God called Chuck and Misty Carr to pastor in Ripley County and the Doniphan Community. Chuck, his beautiful wife, Misty, and their three children—Reagan, Krystian, and Zaine—make up the Carr Family Ministry Team. They love the West Point Church family of faith and their wonderful community and feel so blessed to have been given the privilege of “doing life” together throughout the years. Chuck and Misty believe they are planted by divine appointment, and God has given them great vision and passion to serve and minister to the people of their community and beyond!
